1. Do you personal train?
Thank you so much for your interest in changing your life. Unfortunately, I no longer offer personal training services anymore. I am focused on group training and the psychological behavior modification. The boot camp is geared towards the mind, the body and the spiritual aspects of overall conditioning. I feel I can better serve my clients by seeing them on a daily basis: checking their food, monitoring their cardio and addressing unhealthy habits. Personal training is anywhere from $75.00 to $150.00 an hour. I feel instead of receiving 5 hours or less for one on one training my clients will now receive 31 hours with massive results for the same price. Please consider sharing this wonderful boot camp experience as a means to attain your fitness goals.
2. Do you offer personal coaching?
Yes. Personal coaching consists of one-on-one private sessions that include behavior modification, neurolinguistic programming and creating your personal architype. The fee is $350.00 per hour. Coaching is geared towards the Castaldi Method of motivational weight loss. Please call for details. (818) 570-1104 .

4. Please explain more about your food plan?
The diet I recommend is primarily a vegetarian diet with protein at every meal. Six small meals a day with a specific portion of carbohydrates, fat and protein personally designed for the individual. My recommendations are six to 12 servings of vegetables a day, two to four servings of fruit and a small portion of polyunsaturated fats (vegetable and fish oils found in nuts and seeds and omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon, mackerel, lake trout or sardines)and monounsaturated fats such as olive, canola or peanut oils. 6. What to Bring for Weigh in/out.
Bring bathing suit or shorts for men for pictures. Call for directions on initial appointment. Please ring the buzzer at the side gate. Arrive 10 minutes early to start filing out paper work.
